This is one of the very good invention of LinkedIn because it was too tough to manage and edit resume on a small screen of a mobile i.e. LinkedIn is alleviating some of the headache around the job application process by letting its English-speaking members submit applications from their smart phones without the hassle of attaching a formal resume. People who choose the mobile option will be guided through a short process that prompts them to review and update their professional social-networking profile. LinkedIn will then deliver the pseudo application, with the profile standing in for a more traditional resume, to the employer in question.
